Dosas · Signature
PlainBenneDosa
Bengaluru’s buttery classic — pan-glazed in fresh white butter, crisp at the edge, molten within.

About the dish
What it is.
“Benne” is Kannada for butter, and this is the dish that gives the restaurant its name. Fresh unsalted white butter meets a hot cast-iron tawa, then the batter — the underside caramelises into a golden lace while the top stays soft.
Taste profile
“Buttery, nutty, faintly tangy from the ferment. The edge crackles, the middle folds like silk.”
